SECRETS -  Giovanni Marradi

and composer as well. - Wikipedia

"A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe,
a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself,
his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us
to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons
nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves
from this prison by widening our circle of compassion
to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature
in its beauty." ― Albert Einstein

"You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves. Tell me about despair,
yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting --
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things." ― Mary Oliver

"The best remedy for those who are afraid,
lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere
where they can be quite alone with the heavens,
nature and God. Because only then does one
feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes
to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.

As longs as this exists, and it certainly always will,
I know that then there will always be comfort
for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be.
And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles."
― Anne Frank, The Diary of a Young Girl

"Landscapes of great wonder and beauty lie under our feet
and all around us. They are discovered in tunnels in the ground, the heart of flowers, the hollows of trees, fresh-water ponds, seaweed jungles between tides, and even drops of water. Life in these hidden worlds is more startling in reality than anything we can imagine. How could this earth of ours, which is only a speck in the heavens, have so much variety of life, so many curious and exciting creatures?"
― Walt Disney Company
